Please keep our friend's Mike and Susie Blake in your prayers tonight. D.O. and I received a couple of calls today from Mike Blake letting us know that Susie had a mild heart attack late this week, not really knowing what it was at first. Today it finally scared her enough to get to the hospital and she went into emergency to get a couple if stints put in her heart and unfortunately, she was blocked completely and they rushed her over to Carmel Heart Hospital for an emergency bi-pass. This was late this afternoon.

Please keep them in your prayer's. Mike sounded very upset and we are going to talk later and I will update you if I receive any news! Hope everyone is helping a trick-o-treater tonight!

I just spoke to Mike Blake and first he wanted me to thank everyone for your prayers and please continue to pray for Susie. She is in surgery as this is being posted, for a triple by-pass to the heart.
She was awake thru the night and could talk to Mike, but as you can imagine, he is extremely nervous for her during this surgery.

Please continue to lift the Blake's up in your prayers and as soon as I here anything, I will post it immediately.

Susie and Mike we will be praying for you guys. We will ask God to comfort you as you go through the days ahead, we will thank God for the talents that He gives to the Doctors as they
work through Susie's medical problems. We will pray that no infection enters Susies body and that she will accept the peace that God has for her.

Susie is out of surgery and it seems to have gone well. Mike sounded better, however, the next couple of days will be critical. Keep you informed.

I spoke to Mike Blake again this morning and Susie is in ICU at Indiana Heart Hospital. Everything went as well as could be expected, however, Susie does not know yet that she had a triple by-pass. She is still fading in and out from the surgery and he was going to tell her later today. Mike said she looks good and has good color and the Doctor said she should be just fine but there is a long road ahead. Mike said I could post his phone number if anyone would like to call, I know he would appreciate it. It is 317-339-7618. That is Mike's cell phone. Please keep them in your prayers.

OMG I actually spoke to Susie for a minute on the phone. She is out of it, but knew who I was and I want everyone to know she started crying when she found out about all the prayers everyone has sent her way. She is truly touched by all of you so please keep up the good work. Mike also went on and on about hearing from his racing friends. It was so cool to hear her voice. I have the flu so I can't visit her, but she can start have visitors tonight. Thanks everyone for being there for these special people.
