J.C. France, the 43-year-old son of NASCAR Vice Chairman Jim France and a driver in NASCAR’s Grand-Am road-racing circuit, was suspended from competition Thursday following his arrest early Thursday morning on charges of driving under the influence and alleged possession of cocaine.

The grandson of NASCAR founder Bill France Sr. was stopped after driving over a bridge in Daytona Beach at a high rate of speed in a 2007 green Lamborghini, according to a police report. He failed a field sobriety test, refused to take a breath test and was found in possession of 2.3 grams of a white cake-like substance that tested positive for cocaine, according to the police report.

UNfortunately he will get a slap on the wirst and let go but I wish they'd throw the :21:ing book at him and make him a prime example of what needs to be done to anyone who breaks the law.

I used to do a lot of work with Brumos Porsche the team J.C. drives or drove for. He was basically a spoiled rich kid with a attitude to match. I don't wish bad things to most people, but this is great!!!

They will come out with a big tearfull im sorry story, Then donate a truckload of money to the police dept, then sponser a new drug rehab program and all will be forgotten. Then in 6 months the police officers wil be let go for some lame reason and no one will ever hear about it. WHAT A BOUNCH OF SCUM BAGS
