Thinking about cruising up to ORP for tonights show. Anyone else thinking about heading that way ? :31::22:

I'll be making the trip to IRP, should arrive shortly before racing is scheduled to begin. Hoping to avoid the I-465 mess on the west side by taking an alternate route west of the 465 loop. Any suggestions??

I'm trying to decide whether or not to make the 3 1/2 hour drive or not. It is really gloomy and overcast here in Evansville and I don't have anybody to ride shotgun tonight. My wife had oral surgery this morning and my racing buddies aren't available. I didn't see the #92 Silver Crown car or Dave Darland on the entry list. Wonder if either will be there?

Keith, I'm leaving here about 4 p.m. to head up. My guess would be to get off 465 somewhere south of 136. but where? John?

1 alternate would be to get off at Holt road exit on I-70 north to 16th st west ,then to Crawfordsville rd which turns into I-74 then go to the Ronald Reagan exit,then turn left back to the track.

Coming from Evansville on I70, isn't there a way of getting there by going through Plainfield?

Got a PM from John, he directed me in the general direction I was going to go. I-70 west to Reagan Pkwy, it dead ends into CR 200, then right to Raceway Rd. and on north to the track.

I will be there, but cant leave work in greenfield until 7. Does anybody know what time racing starts? Thanks should be a great show!

The NASCAR Parade of Transporters are assembling in Greenwood at 6pm... about 40 of 'em ... and will follow the route that you describe ( 70 to Holt , to 10th ) to Main St. in the Town of Speedway. Expect congestion in that area around 6:30 to 7:15 is being reported.
