I think I've seen a couple different posts saying Hockett was following the ASCS tour instead of running sprint week.

Saw on Ballou's website that he will be running Bernie's Indy Race Parts #71 for sprintweek and not for Dallas.

Weather for friday is Sunny, Hot 90* with a slight chance of scattered T storms (Summer in IN Humidity in full effect)

Any other news or corrections? HAZEN? Weir? Critter? Bowling Bros? anybody?

Bland is runnin the Truckers 12 car and The Rocket is runnin ASCS. JJ will be runnin the first 5 races I believe in his dads car.

Trey Robb usually runs his family owned #12. He is a young kid but definatly gasses it up. Should be exciting without the wing.

Also I would add Dene McAllan to your list in the Baldwin 5 car. I talked to him after the races at Kokomo and they were going to put another car together after they junked the other one that night. Not sure what races they will be running.

No, the car is owned by the same guy who ran Eric Gordon and others in the past. Indiana based.

Give and take a few teams and drivers from any event and this is still a event that rivals even the Knoxville Nationals in quaility and number of potential real winners at any track.

See U Friday and as always any corrections, additions or sponsors and car numbers are welcome. I'll try to update a couple times thru noon tomorrow.

Hazen's car has had Meseraull in it lately. Kevin Swindell's site only has him listed as running the midgets at ORP this month, but that could of course change at any time. Looking at the ASCS schedule I believe there is little chance of seeing Hockett as they are running in South Dakota and then going out to Washington.

Unfortunately Coleman is still 15. Not able to run this years Speedweek, much to his dismay. Believe me, he wants to run. I guess Coleman and fellow Young Gun Ricky Williams, Jr. will have to wage their own battle at Danville on Saturday. That is the only track they can run this week...

Coleman makes his Silver Crown debut at months end. He turns 16 on July 29. He is testing his Asphalt Crown car next week which has all of us excited. Thanks for asking...

Mike Nigh posted that Cory and team are not making the trip East this year.

Alex Schutte is focused on Western Midgets
Austin Mero is no longer driving - not sure why or how long
Henry Clarke - moved to Indiana driving for Kunz Motorsports

That means Cory would be a single car team this year - expensive proposition for a Ventura, CA based team; but he's loving the new ITI bar car he's running this year and got a win at Perris last weekend.

Leaving from Reading Pa about 2:00Am bound for lawrenceville IN. Any Pa Boys racing out there this weekend, I know probably not becuz it's winged sprints in Central Pa. I wish steve buckwalter had a ride for this week he did a good job with the midget a few weeks ago

The Elson Motorsports #27a won't be running Sprint Week this year. Thank you for thinking of Andrew. While we are very pleased with his performance thus far in his Rookie year (18 races, 10 Features, 6 Top 10's and 3 Top 5's, 1 Fast Time), we are using Sprint Week to get the motor freshened and do some midseason maintenance. We will definitely be at some of the tracks watching the races. Good luck to all the race teams.

J.J. Hughes #76 wanted to run Indiana Sprint week along with Coleman Gulick however J.J. will not be 16 years old until July 15th so, we have chose to wait until next year to run the circuit.
