I won't be going to Kamp as it is nothing short of a dust bowl the past two years.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time and went back a second time.

i saw spencer at btown and kokomo getting some laps in beofre ISW wonder if he will be at TSS saturday to get some in there too??????

There's a kid from Northern California, Keith Bloom, Jr., that's been here for a couple of weeks. I assume that's what he's here for. Looks like he can drive some, too.

Thats a fact!!....Thinkin I read an article on Keith Bloom,Jr,earlier this yr.,by a writer out west!...Hopin I've connected the rite names here with The Racin' Eppersons!!...orig from So.bay area n' Ole' S.J. Spdway in 60's/70's??....

I am heading up from Tampa and plan on attending along with Cincy Ken and others;

7/10 Lawrenceburg
7/11 Gas City
7/12 Kokomo
7/15 Terre Haute

Then I have to go back and WORK....RATS

Anyone heard if DC will be at TSS. I thought there was some some talk of select topless appearances.

The ASCoC will be at Tri-City in PA the next day, so it would be a long haul.

Focus midgets are all right, but I wish they would have taken advantage of all the sprints being in the state that night, without a place to run and scheduled a USAC Midgets/unsanctioned sprints show.

Mine starts at 5:30pm on July 9. Scott and I are hitting every race this year! Hopefully he won't try to give me away again....just might take him up on that! :2:

Well the plan right now is to hit the first 3 nights with the wife and I tent camping at gas city. As long as work doesnt screw up my plans thats what they are.

Kelly and I plan to hit them all again this year. My favorite time of year.:6: I hope to see a lot of the IOW regulars as well as meet some new folks this year.

Earlene and I are skipping Gas City, Kokomo and Boswell this year. First time in a while that we haven't done them all.

Both of the Epperson brothers were tremendous fan favorites and very good race car drivers at the old San Jose Speedway (asphalt) on Tully Road. Back then they ran the NASCAR "super modifieds" in a circuit that included Madera and for awhile Clovis (near Fresno) Speedway. :8:

Our tentative schedule...Gas City, Terrible Hoax, Bloomington and Haubstadt.
Wish we could make em' all again. Hate to miss Kokomo.
Look forward to seeing Wolfie, Jr. and Sr. at Bloomington.

We've got a vanload coming from central Iowa... can't wait! We're doing THAT, Kamp, Bloomington, and then possibly the Kings Royal (or Haubstadt, pending the weather). I've got a question about Terre Haute. My buddies want to stay in the infield the whole night... but I'm not too crazy about being there all night, as you can't see as much. Could I buy a ticket to the stands (which I think is more than an infield pass, right?), watch hotlaps and time trials in the infield with my buddies, then go to the stands for the heats & features??
