Mike was prepping the red clay when I was setting the chairs out @ 6:30 last night. It was overcast (but dry) at that time and the clouds were just starting to break.

well i planned on heading to bloomington.. had some bad luck.. i left and forgot my billfold and was about 30 min from track when i realized it didnt have it.. so i had to turn around and drive all the way back to evansville.. almost ran out of gas, had 14 miles till empty.. hope its a good race and keep us updated..

These heats are 8 laps and the top 4 will transfer to the feature. Armstrong has the lead heading thru 3-4 but Hagen takes the lap. Lap two goes to Armstrong. Hagen takes lap 3 then Armstrong, Swindell and coons. Swindell has taken second on lap 6. Hagen has a very nice lead. Coons has taken third as Armstrong drops.
