I like 1 and 2 for pre sundown, I might switch to 3 and 4 for feature this year, never been over there.

Old, fat guy. Probably wearing shorts and hiking boots (I may be old, but I am still fashionable). The Manvel Motorsports hat would probably be the best clue, though.

My plane arrives @ 2:30pm---I will be there as long as the rental car makes it. Last time (only time) I was there, there were 73 cars in the pits and it got rained out.(sprint week a while ago) Man I was bummed. Had a few beers with some Posse fans and went to Evansville to do some gambling (I won 600+) It all looks good for Thurs. but first, I will be hitting Grandview for the Keystone Cup on Wed. Hope to meet a few of you IOW folks.

I'll be at Terre Haute taking photos as well. Hope to meet some of you Indana Open Wheel fans. I also have to be at Indy for Carb Day on Friday to take photos. I will be at the Hooseir 100 that evening as well.

I am leaving in the morning to shoot Anderson on Wednesday, THAT on Thursday, some Carb day, and the Mile Friday night. Then I gotta come back home to South Buxton Raceway in Merlin, Ontario to shoot Southern Ontario Sprints on Saturday night. I am the track photographer so it's one of those commitments I have to make. I know I have to go to the Little 500 one day, but the Fairgrounds and Terre Haute should be racetracks 78 and 79 on my list. If the weather works out well it will be 7 races in 8 days. Got a house warming party on Sunday or I'd be at a racetrack.

Hope to meet some of you IOW'ers sometime down there. I look Canadian, shoot Canon and really like racing.

I'll be there. BTW, it was my young son who was tossing the football with The Rocket in the infield. It was pretty cool and still cool that some still remember it. School night so he won't make it this time. Really hope they get off to a great start this year at my home track.

There has always been a bunch of IOWers that congregate in the hours before hot laps, right behind and across the street from the main bathroom building (the one that sits beside the ticket booth and behind the grandstand) in the shady area by what I think they call the 4-H Rabbit Building.

By the way, does anyone know if Bud Kaeding has a ride for the Hulman? I got to talk to him in the infield last year and that was cool, but it was a shame that one of the best drivers there was watching everyone else race.

Man, sounds like we will be 3 deep taking pictures. Perhaps Bill should change the name of this board to Pictures 'R Us. I'll try to find a spot in turn 2 and then sit on the turn 1 end of the grandstand for the race. Hope to see some of you Thursday.

JERSEY do you know Todd Neiheiser? He is from Jersey and in the 70s & 80s drove NE (dirt) Modifieds & now lives in Panama City, Fl and drives UMP, IMCA type Modifies.
Go Sunday to Tri-State Speedway and see why they call it "The Class Track" Sunday for some great racing,and see Tommy's award winning Track Prep. Sit on the backsite in the top reserve seats(only $3 more), lean back ,plenty leg room to bring in you cooler with food & drinks. If you go to Kokomo you can't bring in a cooler, you have to buy everything inside.
