Yeah that is what I would like to know. They said that live updates would be posted on angellparkspeedway.com and I haven't seen anything yet. If I would have known that they weren't going to be posting anything then I would have had somebody text me or something instead of wasting my time on there all night.

Well he didn't win or get 2nd I guess. I got one text that gave me 1st and 2nd saying that Davey had a huge lead and they had a yellow on lap 12 and that Coons got by Davey taking the white flag??

Yeah, Davey had 'em all covered and then "Smooth as Glass" Jerry Coons snuck up on him after the yellow and won the feature. I think Kuhn came in about 4th, not sure. Loyet was up there, Altig, Hess and Hagen were all dicing it out. Hines had car trouble and didn't do too good but was probably in the top ten after starting in the back. Waelti had his drag link break and hit the wall pretty hard, bent the frame but he is allright other than a sore shoulder and a busted car with little sponsorship.

As Ktracegirl said, Jerry Coons Jr. passed Davey Ray at the white flag and went on to win.
After that it was Bubba Altig, Brad Loyet, Scott Hatton, Tracy Hines (who started last) and Darren Hagen.

Kuhn qualified poorly, dropped out of his heat, won the semi and started up front in the feature but faded.
I'm not quite sure how far back he ended up, but he definitely wasn't in the top 7.

Sun Prairie, Wis., May 17---Jerry Coons Jr. scored an exciting late-race victory capturing Sunday Night's 25-lap Badger Midget Series feature at Angell Park Speedway. The event kicked off the 60th anniversary season of "racing under the lights" at the facility. Lights were installed at the start of the 1949 season, switching over to Sunday Night racing. Kelly Peters captured the first night race feature at the track on May 27, 1949.
Bubba Altig jumped into the lead at the start, while Davey Ray quickly moved from eighth to second place within the first three laps. Ray passed Altig for the lead exiting Turn 2 on the fifth lap. Ray increased his lead to over three seconds when only the only caution of the event appeared for a stalled car on lap 12.
Ray held the lead on the restart, while Coons restarted in fifth place. During the next two laps Coons improved his position one car per lap. Ray held a two-second advantage over Coons, when Coons moved into second place, with six-laps remaining. Coons cut into Ray's advantage each lap, and closed to Ray's rear bumper with two-laps remaining.
Coons passed Ray for the lead exiting Turn 4 as the white flag was displayed. Coons driving the Ralph Wilke owned Spike/Toyota#5 finished 0.88 seconds ahead of Ray for the victory. The victory marked the first ever feature victory at Angell Park, and in a Badger sanctioned event for Toyota which entered into midget auto racing in 2006. Altig, Brad Loyet, and Scott Hatton completed the top five. Tracy Hines placed sixth after starting last in the 21-car field. Series action continues at Angell Park on May 24, with the running of a 50-lap event.
