I sure hope USAC simulcast it. It would be cool and I apreciate them doing some last year.

Y&S.....Just rolled into Phx,rental car refused,D.L.void because of hole punched in it for lanyard!!...$hi$!!...wait'n for a good drivers licence n' c/c to show up from S.J.!!...not sure bout this new toy here,for updates at track??......

I heard from a source inside of USAC that will be the same telecast that was done for the PHX pavement race being done at the copper on dirt. Look forward to watching the races from the comfort of my living room

No JJ Yeley? He is was planning on running for Cruz Pedregon in the Midget and TCR for the Sprint. Hmmm Interesting.

I just got back to the room from Manzy the track was bad fast. Not sure on the car count but there were 2 sets of different midgets that ran and also 2 sets of sprint cars. 10 -12 big cars. kuhn was fast in the midgets Darlin and hocket in sprints there was a #10 big car of stewarts car there he was fast. Nice nite hope the weather holds out. Its going to be a great show!!!!!

For a car count I had 23 sprint cars, 29 midgets and 14 SC cars. I had orginally thought 11 or 12 SC cars like the previous poster. However the 4 of Contos Racing, the 27 of Jerry Coons Jr. and the 42 did not make the first practice session.

There was a hard crash invovling a midget from CA. at the end of the evening, I do not no the young mans name, he was driving a yellow #2. I hope and pray he is all right.

There was no pa system or announcing in the stands, so you were on your own as far as knowing who was driving what.

decent car count for the economic situation, and the travel out there. Kinda disapointed in the number of silver crown cars but hey, at least there's racin ;)

My video/audio is nothing but a black screen with the volume control and the option to go fill screen in the upper left. Anybody know the issue?

Try moving your cursor to the very top of the page; my video was "grayed" out w/a volume control until I moved my cursor off of the page....
