Frank Polimeda

At the end of the C main, Frank Polimeda took a wicked tunble down the front stretch. They took him out of the car on a backboard. With all the McCreadie posts, this has been forgotten. Any news on how he's doing?

I hadn't forgotten about it. I was hoping when I seen your thread that it was a report on how he was. Anybody out there have an answer?

He was released early Sunday morning after all test came up negative. He will be sore. By looking at the car it looked as though the frame did it's job. Good job Spike

Thanks to all of the safety equipment available to us today, we can get through these nasty crashes relatively ok. I know first hand.

Frank's was definitely a hard one - I was glad he was alright after that one. But it was great to see him going hard for that last transfer spot, which you can see he was just barely short of in the video (the silver 8 of Bud Kaeding was the final transfer spot).
