I guess the midgets will race against the Silver Crown date at DuQuoin.

Curious, why wouldn’t they? What Xtreme midget drivers run champ cars?

Serious question, I am from the north east so maybe I am missing something. Why does Paragon not get USAC sprints? Money I am guessing. Somebody clue me in.

Spiker did get a couple when he ran it.

Pumped for Fast/Boss doubleheader. When was the last time winged 410’s were at Paragon?

I put this show on my calendar as well. I haven't been to Paragon in years. Time to go back.

To answer your question about the last time winged 410s were at Paragon, the Midwest All-Star Series (MASS) were there 14-15 years ago, from 2007-2009. I believe Danny Smith won the first two shows. Jerrod Hull won the last show in 2009. The first show drew close to 50 cars. MASS was the regional series created by Guy Webb who owned the ASCoC at the time.

Isn’t DuQuoin always on Sunday night? Midgets at Paragon are Friday and Saturday the 1st and 2nd.

Silver Crown is on Saturday nights these days, unless it rains.

I was thinking that the BOSS/FAST doubleheader going up against the end of Indiana Sprint Week and The Amati Classic going up against the traditional USAC midwest closer at Lawrenceburg is more of an issue. :14:

Joe Spiker got a USAC sprint car date because he played nice and didn't schedule a big sprint car race when there was already going to be one 40 minutes away at Bloomington. It looks like Paragon's new promoter is guaranteeing himself to never get a call from USAC. Ever.
