I'll pay the 30 mil if it includes the Indy car, helmets, pinball machines, the bowling balls, and pool table. If not then maybe I'll offer 5 mil

Maybe we can get up a consortium of IOWers to buy the place and meet up for FLO racing nights. Granted some will have to bring cots and sleep in the garage :D

Can you imagine what the NASCAR fans would pay to stay there if it were to be turned into a bed and breakfast or hunting lodge ,hell half of them wouldn’t even hunt 🙄
