From what I've heard, Nothing makes money there except the nationals. Then last year the Nascar Truck Race.

At least I got to see USAC there for 1st cornhusker weekend. Off the bucket list. Beautiful facility and track. I was lucky and was handed a ticket to the turn 2 suites on Friday. It sure is wing country as half the suite cleared out before the USAC main.

Duel, spot on. Glad Brent introduced us there. I’m ok with losing it to a better date for Husets. Like you I’m glad I made it to the first one. The Nationals are on the bucket list but if wingless never races there again, it’s doubtful I’ll ever go back. Even if we don’t get back, at least I was there once. Lot’s of stuff on the bucket list and the Nationals are sitting about 3rd

Having been able to attend the Nationals for several years, nothing even compares to the Nationals IMO.
We were fortunate to attend the Corn Belt Nationals twice, most importantly the first time for someone to visit Knoxville & The Cone Corner.

Tinker Toy Trucks, well their track, their schedule.

You know that this was my first year to attend the Nationals. What a amazing event! The crowds and energy in the stands was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. To witness Jac’s last year I was both sad, but glad that I was there. I’m planning on going back next year.

I would like to experience the Nationals one time. Looks to be a pretty wild time.

Nationals is the best week of the year. Even if you vastly prefer non-winged racing, I'm sure you'll have a blast.

If you go to the nationals be sure to go Wednesday & Thursday. IMO the best 2 nights of the year.

I hate the Cornbelt Nationals aren't happening next year. It was a really good time both times I went. I would like to go back to the Knoxville Nationals again some time. It's just a little too crowded for me. I liked the USAC event. I parked my car on Friday, and it didn't move until we were headed home. Everything you needed, including the room was within walking distance. The people at the track and the local business people were friendly and helpful.

We’ve been fortunate to have attended the Knoxville Nationals since 2014, and we went to the Corn Belt Nationals in 2019. We typically attend mostly non wing/USAC races but we really enjoy the Knoxville Nationals, so we were REALLY looking forward to the Corn Belt Nationals. While it was an enjoyable event, to be honest, the racing was just so-so. I know the event was not particularly well attended in 2020, but it was hard to judge given the pandemic. With the shortening of the event to a single day in 2021, and the lack of support by the participants, I am not surprised to see it off the schedule for 2022.
