No Way Out 40
Hopefully southern Indiana weather plays nice this week. Ready to get the Indiana season started. Who all’s going
|
Probably no one if they watched the Late Model race there Saturday
|
I figured that reply was coming. I believe they worked on the track late into the night and assume they will continue this week. I’ve never seen Brownstown be like that. I would assume the new clay was the biggest factor. But quite frankly I have no clue
|
I’m sure they will get it figured out if the weather cooperates. I wish them the best.
|
Hopefully that they can get it going. The racing family will be in the house weather permitting. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon. Thanks.

Re: No Way Out 40
Forecast looks good. Looking forward to watching in person race #1 of hopefully many this year. :23:

I would think Thursday’s rain would be the only issue. Rain ends late Thursday, early Friday then windy and dry. I would guess Friday won’t happen but possibly Saturday. But it’s also just Tuesday and possible a lot can change. I’ll plan on going till they tell me not to.

Indianasprintfan. Good point on “not what it’s usually like.” I’ve never made the trip to Brownstown, and one of the reasons “is what is usually like.” We were watching the Saturday night race. I was excited about what I saw outside of the ruts. We commented, and with some of my Late Model experts there as well, this is not what it’s usually like but looks like it’s going to be good. I hope they get that surface figured out because it sure looked fun

That track is usually great even funfest when there’s cars on track 10 hours a day for 3 days straight. They must’ve not quite had it right with the new dirt. They had some practice days before the icebreaker but also had a lot of rain the week of. I have confidence in them that the track will be good this weekend
