Spectator etiquitte

It may not be the class you are there to watch but you can bet there are others there just as interested in that race as you would be for yours. There is plenty of time to move out of your seat between races. Be a role model and show some respect. Let's think of others first. If you already do, just remind them, as have I, that they are NOT a window that I can see through. :20:Ok let the attacks begin!:33: |
Re: Spectator etiquitte
All of the spectators at the events I attend practice perfect etiquette by always extending their pinky while chug a lugging their Bud lite! :)

Always liked sitting by someone who has to complain about the support classes that come out. These classes work just as hard prepping their cars. You may be seeing the next great driver if you stop and watch them run.

If they can disqualify, Scott Bloomquist, for being under weight. Why should overweight people not be penalized? |

Re: Spectator etiquitte
My local hockey team pays people to control the crowd. U can't GO to your seat during play. But, I would imagine the ticket prices would go up if more people are on the payroll

the tracks really should do what Knoxville did and resize there reserved seat spacing. |
Re: Spectator etiquitte
Why I go to the pits:6: get some body w/ a cowboy hat sit's in front of you, or they want your spot where have your feet so they can put theirs up, just a pain:11;

Stupidest thing I heard someone say that was sitting behind me was only reason he liked watching the quarter midgets is he likes to see them crash and maybe catch on fire and see if the kid could get out I just about lost it

Re: Spectator etiquitte
Well I myself am a pretty big boy so I take up more space than God and reserved seat painters intended. I usually try to stay away from reserved seating so that I have a little more room and so do folks around me. As far as the Quarter midgets go, that girl from Colorado and her parents had that thing rolling real nice all weekend and there was some real good racing.

Re: Spectator etiquitte
What gets me is on the last few laps, some people decide its all over & leave, walking right in front of you. Whats the rush? How about some respect for the people still watching?
|
Re: Spectator etiquitte
I used to have a friend who always left with couple of laps left, and I"d see him in parking lot. I holler at him Hey Al you missed a hell of a finish, He"d ask who won , I"d say Don"t remember guess you"ll have to wait for Speed Sport . He"d get so mad and I"d keep walking away :5: :D
