OT/Election Issues- I found this interesting link

This site has a survey... You answer based upon what issues you agree with. Once you've completed the survey... the site reveals who you agree with more.

I'm not interested in hearing what everyone thinks about the ********... This post in not a debate. I just wanted to post the link for those that are seriously interested in ********.

The problem is the website only shows the two canidates the media wants you to vote for.

There are other choices

Look at your ballet and youtube each canidate
Find out who you truely belive in and not just who is a better choice of the two evils

A vote for a canidate you belive in and stand by is never throwing away your vote

I've lost it all myself more than once and one for that specific reason of which I pay a little a week for the rest of my life on. Other than that I haven't been out of work for more than a month since I was 12.

Vote how you want Brent. Just look deep, real deep. It scares me and whats the definition of Tyrany? I'll let you look that up too.

Very odd, but my choices coincide with the infamous: Theodoric of York, Medievil Barber!

This is starting to march right down the path that ruined the Hoseheads message board for me and a lot of people.

Pat-

I don't like the idea of political discussions on a racing board either. I just didn't like the photo two posts ahead of mine and felt it needed to be addressed.

Bill,

If you wouldn't have posted it someone else would have. It seems some people can't stand to see a neutral post and they have to somehow inject their political views.

the problem with this survey is they only list 2 candidates not all the candidates... sounds like the 2 party system blocked the others out again

I have a solution: A write in candidate, Dave Darland.

My view was in my signature. Not as a reply to this.

There is a view that a survey just like this should be the ballot. The person with the most agreeing policies to the most voters matching would win a ********.

Seems ok to me and would open it up to a multi party system but we've seen time and time again how the two party system are in buisness for themselves. I.E It will never happen.

******** starts local. I love how the buzz roars over presidential elections when the real day to day operations are in the capital and state legislatures. All the president is, is a spokesman and Comander and Chief.

We did the change thing two years ago in the house and senate races, Why did it get worse?

RIDE THEIR ARSE'S, No matter who gets elected.
Chuck
