Re: Midgets at Klash?
Brad Sweet was quick time in the midgets
|
Re: Midgets at Klash?
2 heats of 9.
then running midget A where there would normally be the B main so open wheel/midget fans can leave early if they want. |
Re: Midgets at Klash?
They have a good crowd again. Maybe they should do 1 open wheel nite & 1 door slammer nite instead?
|
Re: Midgets at Klash?
I deffenatly agree with the open wheel night for the Klash. I run TQs and im shure we would run plus micros and the midgets with a sprint show like last night, That would be a show that would draw BIG crowds 4 shure! I think its awsome they have a big event to close out the racing year in indiana. :thumb

Re: Midgets at Klash?
Why couldn't this race have been a two night sprint and midget show? They had what four or five weeks off before this weekend? They surely could've done something for the other classes during that time. Anyways just giving my $.02 worth.

Re: Midgets at Klash?
Only 4 cars on the lead lap at the finish. Beauchamp was the fastest car on the track. It was just a shame that he caught a rut and turned it over, I think he had something for Sweet. Sweet caught the wall after multiple laps down Bradley came up in front of him on coming out of turn 2 and squeezed him into the wall. The bottom of the track was smoothed out by the Late Models but the top was cowboy! If you wanted to go fast you had to be willing to take the chance. Beauchamp went from 7th to 3rd in about a lap and a half.
