Im dont remember much about what happened a couple months ago but my dad says that everyone has been really great. actually i dont remember yesterday or this morning but i know tomorow is my last day at methadist hospital and will be starting part time school and therepy sometime next week. haha and yay. i hate the hospital. i no they did help me to get better but it will be nice to sleelp in my own bed at night. ive read everyones messages and it is really cool:thumb i really liked CHUYS note and how bad a speller he is. haha. i can do better than that and my head is messed up. haha chuy. my dad said i had alot of visiters and im sorry i cant remember that, but thank you. especally thank you to john memmer for being such a good friend.

Kenny I prayed for you daily and participated in the auction but lost out (Thats a good thing)

The more normal your surroundings the better off you'll feel, Hospitals cause a lot of depression and friends and school will only help.

Best of wishes to a great guy, Thanks for posting and I'll continue to pray for a complete and total recovery. You'll never get the memories of the time you were out of comission back. I know, I've been there the trick is not to fret on them and go forward and not back at that blank period you had no control over.

This is the best post on here for a long time. :D I'm happy that you'll soon be back home and things will get back to some kind of normal for you & your folks. Keep doin what your doin, Kenny, you're be back to your old self in no time. :applaud:

Just the fact that you're able to sit there and put a post on IOW means that you're one of those individuals that was able to come back, from what seemed like insurmountable odds. That's the kind of thing that inspires people. It is inspiring to me. I wish you a continued recovery and thanks for that post.

Kenny, perhaps the most enduring picture I have in my mind of this year is of you in the golf cart looking well at the entrance to the 'burg a couple of weeks ago. I doubt that even Mr. Ballou was a happier camper than you that evening. Stay strong, don't get frustrated. I hope your recovery is complete in a very short time.:thumb

Hi Kenny,

We are so glad you are doing well. There were times just after the accident that many of us thought we might lose you. But it shows that prayers can be answered and I know everyone was pulling "favors" from the Lord.

Stay strong and continue to get better. We look forward to seeing you again in the spring when we return to Indiana from "lovely" New York (be glad you are not here). Please say hi to your Dad for us and we will see you again soon. All the best to you and your Family.

You should be proud of yourself! You have progressed so much and it is because of the long hard hours you have put into your therapy. We love your spirit! Thanks for letting us visit you. Even if you don't remember us being there, it's something we will never forget. Your smile that day has been such an inspiration to us. We were able to see just what a great family you have. Glad to hear things are going well. You have been in my thoughts and prayers since the accident. We all know that you will fight and do whatever it takes to recover. Our school meeting was postponed until today. Kenny will be starting back to school next monday and will take one class per day to see how things go. The afternoons will be left open for his therapy. He will be in a classroom with other students but will have someone there for one on one supervision and guidance. As he progresses the school will add harder subjects and more classes. His short term memory is going to make this a challenge for him. I asked him to answer your question on here about what he will be doing in school, but he had already forgoten the meeting this morning.

Thanks for the information Curt. I know Kenny will make it through all of this. At least Kenny has an excuse when I went to school I didnt remember anything and I had no head injury(lol). We are keeping Kenny in our prayers if you need anything please call.
