Re: the burg
Seen Dave or someone from the track post they were going to try to get going again, Any updates appreciated.
Giving it a great effort at the moment, sheep's foot, tiller, water truck, tractor, and 4 push trucks. Just hope we get going before next rain.
Think track is to the point the sprints could iron it in pretty quick.

Re: the burg
another line coming from Bloomington. hopefully it won't make it...
Sprints on the track !!!!!
Sprints off the track. Up next, first mod heat, then maybe the third sprint heat.

About time after are our clothes and wet.
Turned out exactly like I thought it would.

"Well...we tried! The race track just isn't proving to be a safe surface even after an amazing effort from our crew....and there are more storms approaching. We greatly appreciate all those sticking with us through the rain delay. Please keep your armbands as a rain check you can exchange them at any other event for the remainder of the season." Note, next week is the BOSS/Jason Soudrette Memorial so you will need to pay the difference in general admission, probably $2. |
