Press Release
Indianapolis, In.

The United States Auto Club announced today a new network television partnership which will air seven of the USAC National Sprint Car Championship races on MavTV in 2014. The production partner will be Jackslash Media, well known for their coverage of non-wing racing throughout the midwest.

"We are ecstatic to have our extreme racing product exposed to the motorsport centric audience of MavTV." said USAC race director Jason McCord. "Our AMSOIL National Sprint Car Championship puts some of the most aggressive racers into battle each week throughout the US. It's a great opportunity to showcase our sport to the masses of MavTV's growing racing audience.

In addition to highlighting some of Indiana’s best bullrings, the series will travel to the west coast in the Fall to capture the prestigious Oval Nationals at Perris Auto Speedway in Perris, California. The series wraps up their season at the picturesque Canyon Speedway Park in Peoria, Arizona in November.

All shows will be produced by Jackslash Media Inc.

“This just seemed to be the right fit for everybody. USAC has been the proving grounds for the best talent in non-wing racing and we know the tracks, owners, drivers, sponsors, and fans can all benefit from this,” said Jackslash Media president Sean Buckley.

“MAVTV has provided us a stage to showcase our favorite sport and we cannot thank them enough,” Buckley added.

The USAC National Sprint Car Series TV production will start taping in late April and will start airing in June.

They need to show some silver crown races if they ever expect to get this series back to it`s hey days. This is too good and way too cool of a series not to be on TV at least a few shows. Just my 2 cent worth.

i love dirt track racing 4/23/14 1:30 AM

I'd say 50,000 race fans should have an impact if they were well organized

Brighthouse isn't an option in my area. Direct TV is out of the question. So we live on.:15:

At this time last year we had Comcast in our home.

After many calls to Comcast they told us the same story some of you are getting.

Some areas/regions are getting MAVTV on their Comcast cable. Some are not.

After begging and pleading with Comcast it was obvious that they had no interest in carrying the MAVTV network in Indy.

So we made the switch to a company that did.....Dish Network.

In fact, Dish Network is cheaper then Comcast AND we get the MAVTV network in HD.

We feel your pain. A year ago we couldn't even watch the show we produce on Comcast.

Many battles were fought to try and get MAVTV on Comcast in Indy but they are not seeming to budge.

The TV wars are bigger and better than ever. If you are a MLB fan, the TV situation is not a good one. A lot of issues.

We have options for those who cannot get MAVTV on their Comcast (or other cable television outlets)

Switch to Dish or Direct TV, or subscribe to Jackslash.com for full races of these events we cover.

Or phone a friend and go to their place. Or go to a local joint who carries the network.

Many of our fans have "viewing get togethers" such as the Kokomo location every Thursday that Jerry Spencer has so kindly coordinated.

We have 30 TV shows on the card this year. POWRI Midgets, King of the West Sprint Cars, USAC Sprint Cars, MSCS and KISS Sprint Cars.

We have a little something for everyone.

We hope all of your enjoy this busy 2014 we have put together.

I'd like to have MavTV for Dirty 30 as well as many other programs they carry. Unless I get Dish back (And its looking more likely everyday) I've said it since I purchased three years ago.

JACKSLASH.COM, Best 60 bucks you could ever spend even if you do get to a lot of races. The Bonus Content etc. Some Vintage racing like the 91 CRA Eldora Show and some old Ascot Shows make it EPIC for TV expecially in the off season.

Comcast just bought Time Warner out I believe so I guess we're screwed in my area.

My neighbor switched over to Dish TV and said every time it stormed he lost his signal. Ever since they buried our cables, haven't lost cable one time. Would love to get Mav TV and USAC; just not sure its worth the hassle.

I switched to Dish last fall. Only lost signal once or twice very briefly during storms. Make sure they have signal strength maximized. Love Dish and MAV TV.

Re: **breaking news**

Yeah you can't beat Direct TV. My DVR is packed with sprint car races. In two years with direct I've lost signal a few time for a very brief period.

Now that I think about it; might be a good move to switch over to Dish. I get to see USAC racing and even if the reception goes; Might stop my neighbor from coming over to drink my beer so he can watch his favorite team.

I agree, that sounds like a poor point on the dish. Rain fade should only happen when it rains very hard and typically only for a couple minutes.

I have talked to Time warner in Evansville and the woman keeps telling me that some in Indiana get it now and rest should in the spring . Well it freakin spring and still no Mav on my time warner Guess I need to talk to Sean about Jackslash again

Re: **breaking news**

We had Dish for over ten years and yeah, if you get a thunderstorm with very high cloudtops, It may go out for a few minutes here or there. Its really only a problem when there are several lines of storms, which is rare.

Right now i have Fioptics through the phone company. Im having nothing but problems, guy tells me the bandwidth tops out and it shuts down a couple times a day to clear itself. Sometimes it pops back up, sometimes its a half hour or more and sometimes you gotta unplug all the boxes and reconnect. Dish is looking more and more likely expecially since it has Mav and Blaze TV now.

I'll never got back to Time Warner even if they were the last company on earth. F* them, worse service, overpriced etc ive ever delt with. One of the few companies I've sworn off for good.
