DuQuoin Silver Crown - Sept 2
 

The USAC site says it's an evening race. So does the DuQuoin State Fair website, but it also shows a concert at the grandstands that night.

Anyone know anything? Maybe the concert is in the indoor arena?

USAC website and Fair website both show it as a night race. Concert listed as TBD

Just heard back from Josh Gross, state fair manager
Websites need to be updated. DuQuoin is in fact a day race this year.

Ugh. There’s no more beautiful site than the big cars racing under the lights at DuQuoin. ☹️

This actually makes it easier for me and others to get up to Sun Prairie Sunday for the two day USAC midget show. Du Quoin is a good show either way so not worried about that. Hopefully maybe have two races there next year with one at night. Heard from a reliable source who’s working on making that happen.
