Congrats to Kenny and Trent. Thàt was a great run. Kenny showed patience when he needed to and made good clean passes (I think I saw him pass a couple in the middle and top, too, but I must have been mistaken) Where did Gaines finish? He seemed to be passing a bunch of cars, too.

Who is Nifilis? I never heard the name before. Where did he come from? Is he a Bloomington regular?

A local boy, Dick. He usually runs there when they can. Not a high buck, rich daddy team at all. The young man showed great patience and steadily picked off some heavy hitters.

It probably helped that they ran the B Main. But they still had to not only do the homework, but carry out the plan too. That they did and very well.

I like to think that if he had a heavenly seat for this one, Mr. Kinser would have been quite pleased.

Couldn't agree with that any more, Danny!

Congrats to Niflis and his bunch:6: Pretty cool to be there for this win. The weekly shows at Bloomington combined with my first trip to Gas City last week make me very thankful to live in the great state of Indiana. The racing at Gas City was unbelievable! Very anxious for sprint week now...but we still have some great racing before then!
