Hell, I am old enough to remember changing rides race to race, or weekends to weekends. Every body trying to better themselves. So what is the big deal. If you are not putting money into car ownership, go sit in the stands.

I think it's a good way, personally. If you were in their situation and wanted to get some information distributed fast, in this racing scene, what would be a better place than IOW? If there is one, name it. There are 7000 registered members. Almost all the drivers, driver's friends and family members are here. Why just start cold calling when you could find a way to have those who 100% interested to call you? Maybe even some that they would have never guessed will be interested. Plus, they only have three days till Dodge City.

They want to try a different driver for the weekend. Lets try little Swindell . He will for sure drive the wheels off. Lets see if they need a different car-driver-crew etc. :6:

He's running full-time at Knoxville, and he will be running the Nationals that weekend. I don't think he will leave the Nationals to run a couple of USAC races. Same with Bill Rose (WoO).

Just heard open wheel vetren Brent Charles is coming out of retirement to run the Hoffman sprinter this weekend in Dodge City and Missiori..
