The only two details of the track overhaul that need additional attention are the parts of the surface that are still truly rough (I disagree with the assessment of the track as "perfect"), and a scoreboard. Only a few tracks are so completely modern and opulent that they look a little naked without a scoreboard, but the `Burg is among the few. I heard many who offered the same assessment. And such a massive track renewal is bound to show some surface issues, which I expect will get hammered out over the offseason, since they are few and obvious.
....And at that point, that track is bulletproof. Just a monument to the sport.
