Re: Knoxville News

What a fantastic week. 8 races in 8 nights for us. I wish DD could have stayed a little closer to Larson at Osky, but they were both the class of the field by a good margin. The format of the nationals is perfect to get good racing and we loved the new Friday program. The Friday night show was top 10 lifetime.

The restaraunts and sidewalk vendors have plenty of good stuf to eat, when you aren't firing up the grill. We also hit the community pool (water park really) at Pella, the State Fair and the Sciece Center of Iowa for family fun during the days. Speaking of Pella - steaks and sausage from Ulrich's, a birthday cake and other treats from Jaarsma, and back to school shoe shopping at Brown's is familly tradition.

Can you tell that we enjoy our visit...

Up next, gas city, Butler, and Winchester. Then Kokomo and Berlin. August is awesome.

Its not the first four that get you it is the last 4. When/if you go I promise you will have a blast and even get to see some damn good racing.
