To Danny, his family and friends,
I was reading in the Bible the history of the Jewish people around the time of King David.
King David had a child whom died. He was very upset laying on the ground cry, praying and fasting for seven days.
We can only image how he felt. Well the child died. King David got up, got cleaned up and ordered food. His staff
was confused and asked him why he was acting like this and he said " While the child was alive, I fasted and wept:
for I said, "Who can tell whether the Lord will be gracious to me, that the child may live?" But now he is dead: why
should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me." (2 Samuel 12:22-23)
What a comfort, what a joy to know that we can through Jesus Christ see our loved ones again. When you miss your Mother
the most and you are thinking about her Danny I pray that you find your comfort in His Words the words of God.
