Sorry to hear about your bad luck. Weird thing is while I was going east on I64 we passed you guys around Corydon. The car was on an open trailer and we saw the bright yellow #2. Anyways best of luck with these hard times.

I am guessing the truck was a 05 or up Ford F150. I can't really tell because the body style was used from atleast 05 to 08.

Yeh, I'd be guessing too, it looks like a crewcab F150, which in my HMO, isn't the safest tow vehicle for a trailer of that size. I had an F150, one of the Nascar specials, pulled the trailer ok, and stopped ok, but you had to stay ahead of it, no sudden moves, or I was grabbin the trailer brakes, also had an E150 van, never really any issues, just short on HP, then I bought an F350, CC dually, PSD, I can say this, the trailer no longer intimidates the tow vehicle, it's just shy of 400k, not a "queen' by any means, but the air is cold, and the weight is a more equal split, finally just got tired of spending half the night, both ends, picking foam outa my butt! A seperate policy on your trailer is a good idea, and it's pretty cheap. I pay about $120 a year for mine. Good peace of mind.

Yea its a 2006 F 150. I know it wasn't ideal for towing trailers but It's what I had to work with. I moved all my racing and personal stuff in that trailer from Phoenix to Santa Claus 3 months ago and thought it towed it pretty good. It ran fine up and down the mountains and stopped fine also.

As far as today I you prolly seen me driving back from the storage yard in Henryville where my trailer and truck was at. I had to go pick up all the stuff out of the trailer. Thank you to Brent Memmer for helping me. He took the day off and rented a u-haul trailer and drove with me out there to help me load that stuff up and and haul it back.

Since Iv'e only lived in Indiana for 3 months now I still really haven't made alot of freinds but the ones that I have made have been from the racing community and I can't thank all of you guys enough. The Memmer family has really helped me out a ton as well as Matt Humphreys. He has let me borrow one of his work trucks to get around till I can get a new one. Thank you guys soo much. It's been a rough 3 months but It'll get better I'm sure.

Hopefully I can meet some of you guys this coming week during ISW. And please learn from me and make sure that at the very least your trailer has insurance coverage. I ASUMED that I did and it has come around and bit me in the ass.
