Chris,

Would he have transferred out of the heat race or would he have had to run the B main to qualify for the feature? Thanks.

They were saying that he would have moved up, personally I would have taken an extra car out of the B-Main, but they were going to put him in from what I heard.

Thanks Chris. Glad to see that you survived the timing system issues. Those can be maddening for all involved to say the least.

Yeah, I almost left there with no hair because I was about to pull the rest of it out.

Looks like it was a pretty stout field. Congrats to Team Foxco! Hopefully they can start turning the year around. I was almost in disbelief at Haubstadt Sat.:(

Just woke up at 2pm after that 24hour day. I failed to mention Brady Shorts stellar run.

Was the feature only 25 laps? Thats one thing I don't miss about the smaller tracks of races going super quick. THATS 30 lap feature felt like a event!

Chuck, sadly its a track I won't be making very often except maybe other weekday shows.

Chuck,

It was a 30 lapper but without a yellow it seemed to fly by for sure. Glad to hear you made it home and got some rest.:6:

Thanks for the info. I was really confused :10::14: (more so than normal:3:) with how the transfers from heat #1 came down. When he wasn't in the semi or the feature, I figured it must have been some type of car issue.

We came over to VCS a couple of Saturday's ago for the first time. The feature got rained out so I missed seeing exactly how great this place really is. Being a Tuesday night with nothing else running, I figured it would be a stellar field of cars.

The track prep was great and the drivers were able to run pretty much anyplace on the surface and still perform well. 30 laps without a yellow probably tells the story. Great night and I will return no doubt. Now the biggest problem that I have is which direction to go for my Saturday night racing fix. Lawrenceburg or Danville. I guess I will have to roll the dice.;)
