THEY PUT A NECK BRACE ON LAID HIM ON GURNEY & WILL NOW TRANSPORT HIM TO HOSPITAL.

Hoover called me a few minutes after it happened, well before they got him out of the car. I definitely heard the track announcer say Robert was conscious and talking to them. Hopefully that is a good sign.
