No NASCAR took his chance away. They have shown time and time again how anxious they are to cancel qualifing, but they always seem to have plenty of time for practice. Check the radar. There isn't a speck of green within 100 miles of Concord. Doesn't matter, they want the holy 12 to start up front together.
