25 driver and owner points.

Hamby812 8/29/12 11:24 PM

If Drivers didn't race because they were in pain you wouldn't see many drivers out there past 25. Once the green flies a lot of that pain goes away. It's 2 days later when they are at home trying to get out of bed in the morning that it is probably most apparent.[/QUOTE]
I know all of that....I'm sure of us do. But I thought I made it clear this was more than pain. Pain is one thing, not feeling your hands while trying to drive in another.....

It would b cool to see Chase in it, but he's already in top ten! What about Kyle Cummings, or lil shu? Both wouldnt be bad choices! Wouldn't mind blake Fitzpatrick either! All give u a great chance to win! Hope he does put someone in the seat though! Jmo

Yeah he wrecked once, but do you want to run up front, or a be a field filler? Also, I agree Chase Stockton would be a good canidate, or heck what about TMez? I loved his interview at the Smackdown!

That was a great interview. I don't think I remember so much positive reaction from a crowd to an interview that wasn't done with someone who is very popular and had just won a very competitive race. Well done, TMez!

So just to be clear how many driver's do call you to tell you of all the pain they do or do not have ? ?

I always enjoy reading a thread that starts with a "driver being done for the season" and ends up being a "I think so and so should drive it". SMH

This modern day stuff is kinda cool really. We get a chance to put our heads together and decide who will fill the seat at TSR. :8: :8: :8:
My vote is for Josh Spencer.

Didn't Steve Kinser have similar surgery on his neck last year during the off season? I believe he recovered nicely and here's hoping that Levi does the same.

Some of you posters are real ********. It just reinforces my reason for not coming around here much any more.

this is a surgery i had over the winter. the pain i had in my shoulder blades, down my arm an in my hand was rediculous. there is no pain meds for nerve pain. i've broken bones before but this type of pain is plain bad, especially when the only cure is surgery...was out of work 3 months for that and more nerve problems in my elbow plus carple tunnel ended up being 5 months off. 2 surgery's total...:47:

A previous driver injury at TSR parlayed into a NNS champion and the name of Stenhouse being known around the racing world. That being said put Rico Abreu in the seat....

First, I wish Levi Jones a speedy recovery. I'm not at all a fan of Levi's, but I am a fan of racing. He's a racer and losing one for any period of time isn't good. Best wishes.

With that being said, I'll "bite" on of this speculation. It wouldn't shock me to see TSR hire from within. That means that I could see them putting Bobby East behind the wheel of the number twenty sprint car.

That makes as much sense as any of the speculation i've seen on here.

No one mentioned Chris Windom. He will get the ride to finish out the year.

bsmith8 8/30/12 1:54 PM

Re: Levi Jones Done For Season

I vote for danie sibley AKA (calistoga), he can and will out run any nonwing driver in Indiana and is a future Sprintcar and Silver Crown Champion so he would fit right in @ TSR since Tony has a Non-Wing Sprint Car and Silver Crown Car !!! He might even talk Tony into bringing the midget out and this cat can beat all the midget drivers while he is at it. We may just have the next triple crown champion here. :9:

I did also here that Chris will be the next driver at TSR.

levi wasn't injured in the kokomo incident which sent ballou sailing/ i think ballou should finish the season in the 20 (poetic justice ya know):8:

Re: Levi Jones Done For Season

Windom !!! I still say Calistoga will out run him, just read Calistoga's post from a couple of weeks back, Oh wait Windom is not from Indiana he is from ILL. and Calistoga did not say he could outrun and out drive non-wing driver's from ILL. so Calistoga might not get the job done since the Sprint-Cars are at Granite City Ill. and the Silver Crown cars are at DuQuoin on Sunday. How about Windom Friday and Sunday and Calistoga Saturday since its the Action Track , Terre-Haute Indiana. I better quit playing on the keyboard and get back to work cause my boss (EP) visits this site.:19:

What puzzles me is how any of us can believe that Tony Stewart Racing should listen to any of us?

Aww c'mon. I'll bet TSR is taking this all into consideration. :5: Tony can even get on here and put his vote in on who he wants to drive. Since he owns the car, we'll count his vote as two, that seems fair enough.

Gregg; I miss your posts even though I didn't always agree. Yeah there's a few real :11; around here, but they are the exception, not the rule. Other than an antique tractor message board or two, this is the only place I post anymore. There are a lot of regulars here who, even though I've never met them in person, I'm sure I would enjoy knowing. You're one of them.:6:

If that puzzles you, you could probably make a career out of figuring out the answer.
