From earlier posts it looks like these are the drivers that made the feature:

Heats
1st place - Cummins, Williams, Anderson & Hess
2nd place - Robbins, Stanbrough, Ballou & Short
3rd place - Thomas, Jr., Cone, Boat & Schuerenberg
4th place - Westfall, Loyet, Fitzpatrick & Gilbert

B Main transfers
Darland, Bland, Riggs & Clauson

Does the MSCS reshuffle the winners or the top 2 in each heat according to the second draw?

I checked the MSCS website and it looks like they only reshuffle the heat winners so the feature lineup should be something like this:
