Rename this board to Indiana Racing, that would open it up to all kinds of different types of racing. But I do not think I would want to be the moderater :)

So I guess the rules are: The driver has to be from Indiana, the car owner has to be from Indiana, the car has to be an Indiana sprint car, the track has to a dirt track in Indiana, and the poster has to be in Indiana, the race must take place in Indiana.

IMO: Sorry dude, this is all things IOW and what is related to it - even in a miniscule way. We get off ttopic once in a while, but so what? Were all trying to have some fun here. Nobody is getting hurt by thiis.

P.S. Way to go Bryan!!!

Well, I fell and hit my head a few weeks ago and had an epiphany. Now if it doesn't have a roof on it, it is no good to me. I was even thinking about starting a new forum called TITT - The International Tin Top forum. Watcha think PJ?:emote20:

Have a good one yourself!

The title of the thread is ARCA. Don't like Stock cars. Don't read it. It's that simple.

Chuck

Bobby Santos won the sprint race at ORP....

And yes I am having fun. Because of all the responses to my posts I am going to watch the ARCA race today and will be watching Bryan Clauson he may have a new fan (me):thumb:

By now Bryan is probably tutoring the 2007 Indy 500 winner about the idiosynchrocies of stock car racing.

Seriously congrats BC. You know how to get around the high banks which is no surprise. Chip has two cars in the top six. Not too shabby.

When folks start talking about stock cars, the first three people I think about are: Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt and Chris Nunn!:emote20: (Then Seadog of course!)

Seriously though; GOOD LUCK BC !!!

Jerry, who is this "Byron" fellow? A poet, as in Lord Byron? :D

Glad I called in sick; one of my plans is to watch BC today. May he lead the pack.

Side note: I looked at the entry list. Most all types of racing are on that list. From Scott Speed to Tim McCreadie.:thumb:

Im not trying to be a dick here but... Qualifying at Talladega has absolutely nothing to do with driving or talent.

Did dario take clausens cup ride or are they going to dump sorenson?(the same sorenson that was made out to be one of the greatest young up and coming drivers):kookoo2:

Dario gets David Stremme's ride in '08.

Re: Clauson on pole@Talladega ARCA

Contract or no contract. All Bryan has to do is keep turning heads. He will get a cup ride if he keeps his nose clean and keeps striving.

Luckily still. Nascrap isn't all about money, It helps for teams like Hendrick and Gibbs but theres still rides for standout drivers. Im actually waiting for Tony Stewart to start his own NASCAR team so when his contract with Gibbs is over, He can either drive himself or put the drivers he has in development in. Honestly, I know his heart is in the short tracks.

I don't get that. Honestly within Two years I bet you'll have Toyotas on 1/3rd of the poles.

Toyota got the shaft quite honestly. They intended on entering Nascar with their truck engine, Then at the last minute Nascar told them it was illegal and they had to scramble to come up with a different program. They've been basically running the whole cup program this year with their Bush engines.

Also starting teams in a season that is fielding two different kinds of cars is a added burden. Twice the testing needed ect.

Re: Clauson on pole@Talladega ARCA

What I meant was stay away from the toyota teams that are running this year. Im sure tony stewert will win in a toyota next year. The only 3rd of anything a bill davis or micheal waltrip car will finish is the bottom third.
