In my case, it pays to be on a first name basis, with the people who pick up the trash. They told me to just set out a couple each week, and they'd take them, no problem, just don't dump a dozen on them at a time. Works for me! Bob

Put them in your front yard and mark with big yellow marks 25$ each, they will all be stolen in a couple of days! Works every time

You might check with the Solid Waste Management department in your county. They are probably the people sponsoring the haul off days you have currently. They are big sponsors of recycling. If they can't help you might check with your deparment of public works or the county highway garage they may be able to take them off your hands and get them recycled. I know around here if these tires are found along the roads the road crews pick them up and after they accumulate they are hauled off and recycled. Just a few ideas I could come up with.

i took some tire's to our disposal center here,they said they would take passenger car or truck tire's but not racing.when i asked why he said "cause we made money with racing tire's" i looked at him and said evidently you know nothing about racing!

then went to work and put them in the dumpster a few at a time so then he had to seperate them out of the pile when it was dumped at the transfer station

While it might not work as well for you folks down there in "Freezing Rain & Drizzle Land", up here in the "Great Frozen North", I've had luck with contacting local Snowmobile Clubs, Sled & Trailer Dealers and offering them as "Trailer Deck Protectors" for those who run studded tracks on their sleds. I've even sold them at Snowmobile Swap Meets.

Just get a sharp box knife.... i have cut many of tires both dirt and pavement midgets to silver crown. They cut easily and fast... have probably cut 1000 tires that way.... then just through them in a dumpster

I take mine to a local tire store,he likes racers, sometimes it free sometimes a buck a tire .I pay $200 for right rear so a couple a bucks to dispose of properly seems right....
