Since when is the qualifiers race after the heats? Top four go to the back of the semi? I always thought one of the top four tagged the tail of each heat race? That's putting a TON of emphasis on qualifying.

-ah I see now. 12 starters in each heat not 8. Only have to be in top 48 to make a heat race... my bad.
