Re: Sprint week driver roster??
Thanks for the roster info. I'll definitely be taking a copy with me to Sprint Week.

Re: Sprint week driver roster??
How about a 4.00 program with the nights roster INCLUDED. That gives background on maybe your top twenty drivers from last year. upcoming events and maybe a raffle number?
Hell I can't even think of a track that does this anymore. let alone USAC. |
Re: Sprint week driver roster??
This is a little off topic with sprint week..but Montpelier Speedway does do a program booklet at the beginning of the year. It has most of the previous years winners and the top drivers in points from the previous year. I think its a very helpful tool for fans that maybe havent been there that don't know whats going on. I still have a program from Gas City from 1999 or 2000..Things have sure changed since then.

Yes. A "souvenir" program seems like a more appropriate item to charge money for.
I'm not sure how much demand there would be for it. |

Re: Sprint week driver roster??
Just make sure Robert Ballou is at the race. They almost always post the qualifying/line ups at any race they are at on his Facebook and Twitter accounts. It is not a printed out sheet, usually a picture of the qualiying/lineup sheet from the pits, but if you have a smart phone, it is pretty handy.

Re: Sprint week driver roster??
Here's a thought go to more races than just sprint week and maybe you would know who's who! Buy a pit pass which is just $5 bucks more than stands and go meet some of the drivers. Get on the web-sites of the race tracks in Indiana they list almost all the drivers with car number. These are just some of the ways you can find out who's who in a sprint car before IWS starts! :)
