When you're trying to tiptoe 3500 lbs through a flat corner, you better bring a tire that resembles house brick....but then we would hear them complaining about that. I just find it hard to understand why a series as big as NASCAR is, doesn't do their OWN tire testing, & then go to the manufacturer(s) with the specs.

Its NASCAR that tells Goodyear what tire to bring to the race track isn't it? So is NASCAR to blame, or Goodyear, or both? |
