It's a practice day. Dave will have the track ready, you can't expect him to go full prep like it was race day. Give him a break!

Track was perfect for a testing day, always a Debbie downer somewhere on this board. Thanks to everyone who came out.
See you all next weekend!

After mostly a snowy, rainy and cold March I was happy to see the sprint cars and mods run. Heck I was happy to see the hornets run. I didn't see any frowning faces while I was there so I would assume the track didn't bother anyone that was actually there.

I guess you didn't see me when your dachshund had my pinkie finger for lunch. :3:

If they got their early, They got to experience any type of track Lburg is capable of, From tacky and fast, to dusty, to rubber down.

Practice day serves many purposes but the main one is to pack the banks. Believe it or not, you could run a sheepsfoot all day and it won't pack the track like cars pounding on it

And BTW, Anyone who *HEARD* something that wasn't fact is automatically on probation. Yeah some cars came in late and it got a bit slick. But it was never paved. :)

Oh and Marv, Let that be the only emergency you have this year :)

Practice pays off! Scott James and Chris Bell practiced at Lawrenceburg and both go on to win last night. Great job guys!
