The Gold Crown will still be the best midget features of the year you will see outside of Kokomo.

...and you very well may be right. However there might not be a need for a C-Main at Tri-City on Saturday night. And there very well could end up being 30-35 cars at Little Belleville (including any top-3 POWRi Ntional point chasers) with the end of the season and it being a bullring instead of a big 3/8ths.....
I'd still rather see em' on seperate weekends so everybody could play at both shows.:32:
And besides that, The Charlene Meents Memorial SHOULD be considered a Big Deal in the midwest Midget circles for all that very nice lady did for the sport!!.....jmo:9:

I dont like the idea of a conflict seeing the 2 tracks are so close together, but,if it comes down to it I'll be at Granite City for the first 2 nights, and Little Belleville on Saturday night.

I liked the original POWRi schedule when they were there for 2 nights the following weekend. At the time the schedules came out,I figured I'd be in the St. Louis are on 2 sepreate weekends for midget racing

I will be at Granite City all 3 nights. Nothing against POWRI or little Bellville, I like both alot. I just feel if some one is paying out that much money, they deserve my support. Plus the last couple of years have been great and great fun.

Re: Scheduling Conflict

On the way home from Macon last night I looked at it from a totally different standpoint. Last night in Indiana, for example,Paragon had a high dollar sprint race while Putnamville was running sprints not all that far down the road. Personally Paragon does nothing for me,so I wouldnt have gone there,I would have gone to Putnamville if I hadnt gone to Illinois for 2 nights of midget racing instead.

So the ones that like Granite City will go there on Saturday night, and the ones that like Belle-Clair will go there that night. Instead of having one choice for midget racing that night, you'll have 2 choices instead.

I still wish they were run on different weekends, but you do have to look at it from more than one standpoint too.
