Mike Thompson

Yes. Glen Neibel's car (Keeker driving?). Happened in May. Mike wound up with a broken collar bone. He opted to bail off of the quad on his own. He figured it was only going to be worse if he didn't.

As the crewman was push starting the car out of the pits the front pushboard of the 4 wheeler got hooked on the back bumper of the Silver Crown Car. Don't remember what car or driver it was but the driver had no idea he was hooked on and they stayed hooked together until about a quarter of the way down the backstretch until they parted company. Very fortunate that the crewman was not seriously injured but it was one scary site.

It happened to Jeff ????? when he was working with Tyce Carlson on his Silver Crown. I'm having a senior moment** and cannot remember Jeff's surname, but Spridge can tell you -- he does or did work for Jeff.

** otherwise known as a brain fart

I see the Parson name on Starla's car. Any relation to the other racing Parsons? Tell her to keep up the good work.

Actually it was Lou Senters car and Gene Lee Gibson was driving it. I wasn't working on that car I was just doing Lou a favor. The best part of that story is Gene Lee telling Niebel " I thought I was really hauling azz down the backstretch and I go into 3 and a 4 wheeler passes me !!!!! " LOL. The injury list included : broken collarbone, broken wrist, torn menscus and some road rash LOL

The year after it happened Hayden comes over to me and introduces me to this guy thats with him. Turns out the guy was from Iowa and he had heard about it within 24 hours of it happening !!!!! LOL. If I had a hundred dollars for everytime that story has been told I could retire !!!!!
