This summer, Tri City Speedway in Michigan had the Mid Michigan Mini Sprints run one night. I believe it is a 3/8 mile. They offered $100 to any driver in any class who could break the track record. One of the minis turned a lap just over 105. 12.8 I believe. That is the current track record.

I'd say our cars will be well over 100 at Eldora.

Not common (and off topic) for me to defend Jerry but it's been a rule for as long as we've been running with the AMSA.....it's in bold, red print in the rulebook.
Only A.M.S.A. members are eligible for the points fund awarded at the annual banquet. To receive points fund money, YOU MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE BANQUET. |
