Just a question..how does windom win his heat and start 10th? Grant finishes 2nd and starts 15th? Just the invert?

Don't know Vern. I am at home relaying info from various sources.
I will see if anyone there can tell me.

My friend there said he just lost his place in line. Apparently 1 groove track
and Dave must have tried a different one.

All based off qualifying times. 6 fastest cars to transfer thru the heats invert at the front. All others making the show fall in behind by qualifying times. Bacon was quick time but missed it thru the heat so he starts 7th.
