I'm very excited to think that we are about ready to see some racing at The Burg. However it bothers me that a great sprint car track is going to enter a new era with a LM race for it's first race. Oh Well! What about a Mid Week special to open the joint? Just thinking out loud.

I love that picture!
I think I will keep it as my signature for a while, just love lookin' at it!
It was taken at Duquoin and I think it was '67 but it could have just as easily been '68
AJ was, and in book still is, "The Man"

CAJ, he was #14 in '67 when he won his third 500 and his cars were orange from '67 on. In '69 he was #6. It is a beautiful picture!
