Re: Milwaukee Silver Crown & Midget Quals
Sheckter has never raced a front engine car to my knowledge. There are a 100 or more drivers more qualified than him. Those off the wall comments definately spark discussion, which is what this is for, I guess. Good to see Dave Steele back out there!

Not bad for what I believe is the Sachs Team's third pavement start. Noticed that Yermal's name isn't on the owner's list. Have they split?

Re: Milwaukee Silver Crown & Midget Quals
So, who's Dillon Welch? I never heard the name before the twitter message last night. He wasn't at Midget Week. Does he only run pavement?
And, we need a guide to car owners. I complained during Midget Week that the announcers give us all the sponsors on each car, but rarely (if ever) tell us who owns the car. I look in the official USAC lists as above, and half the owners are a bunch of initials. |
He's Vince Welch's son. Yes he has been running regional, national, and some focus stuff too on the pavement.

Dick Monahan, I hear you loud and clear. I also went to two IMW shows and have no clue who is driving many of the cars.
and I go to races I wrote my thoughts on this message board, and was not amazed and the butt kissing. Feed 'em beans I guess. Good luck Hubie |
