I also want to congratulate the Elson team and Andrew Elson on their track championship. Andrew won the title in style by winning the final points night feature.
The first thing Andrew did while being interviewed was to publicly apologize to Shawn Westerfeld in regard to the mid-race incident which sent Shawn into a scary series of flips. That showed a lot of class on his part but from where I was sitting it looked like two very good drivers racing hard for the lead. I also want to congratulate John Memmer on his breakthrough season. Shawn Westerfeld has been oh so close especially these last few weeks. That first win will come very soon I am sure. |
