The Paragon Road has been closed due to flooding of the West Fork White River as early as Saturday morning.... The extra distance via SR39 is about 11 miles each way from northbound SR37. The Saga continues.

Steve - you must not have heard the announcer say that Paragon Rd had opened back up. We took that road home and could definitely see where the water had been over the road earlier in the day. In some places, half the road was still covered by water. Most dangerous thing was coming up on someone walking on the side of the road (with traffice) in a dark plaid top and jeans. Scared the :21: out of us and we were thankful the truck in front of us saw them and swerved because we sure didn't see them. No clue what someone was doing walking on such a road that time of night....:14:
