While it might not be right, Tony attends these functions as kind of a payback for participation at the Prelude to the Dream. He attends Matt kenseth's, Dave Blaney's, and Kasey Kahne's right off the top of my head. I know there are several others also. I can't imagine what Tony would have been doing if he had witnessed that spectacle.
