2. Ask him if he knows the name Fred Brownfield?
3. Ask him if he knows what the National Sprint Tour was? If so, ask him why the tour isn't around anymore. If not, clue him in.
4. Ask him if he understands that if he ever does something even loosely approximating pointing his car at someone and for whatever reason they are run over and killed, that he has now made the legal leap from possible manslaughter to murder 2? It's called prior intent.

Excellent post! I had forgotten about Fred, and the fact that he'd been run over by a wayward race car...that wasn't even aiming at him!

Like I said earlier, Jackslash MUST not let John off the hook over this incident.....

Actually, I think it was a modified but you get the gist of what I'm saying.

I think of Fred every time I grab my camera and head to a racetrack.

The Jackslash Show airs LIVE at 6pm Pacific - 9pm Eastern on Jackslash.com

I suck at time zones. With that being said, what time will this be on in Evansville? 8:00, 9:00, or 10:00? :15:

A) Am I 3 hours behind and 1 hour ahead?
B) Am I 3 hours behind and 1 hour behind?
C) Am I just 3 hours behind?

Love the show....and really looking forward to this one. Those are some GREAT questions....if they are taking calls, I might ask those verbatim.

I will also capture audio from the show, and see if I can get permission to post here....although I am guessing they will be doing so themselves.

Just listen to John Memmer statemate on Jackslash and thought he came up short on his apology. What do you think

pretty much what I figured. All I have to say is that if MSCS is causing you so many problems, go race somewhere else, problem solved. All of his apologies were followed with a But this, but that. He didn't sound sincere to me.
