The track will have some very noticable progressive banking and also quite a bit wider. We had 60 tri axle loads put down on Satuday, 76 on sunday, with about 150 loads to go. Special thanks to Dave Reese and Tim Johnson, for helping all weekend. Also thanks to Mel and Patty Johnson for the lunch and coaching.
Thanks, Dave Rudisell

Still trying to figure what your meaning by this. I understand a lot of Clay being put down. The only thing I thought needed changing is the transition from two too the back straight leveled off too quick (However that created some neat driving lines I really didn't see play out till later in the season. (Gullicks diamonding aproach).

What else going on? I know your plenty busy, any of those other projects taking place? Did you get a little time off between PNS and the track?

Take care.
Chuck

What it means is the track will be very steep from the wall down to about 25 feet, then it will be a bit flatter, this will provide for more racing grooves. Last season the track was pretty much the same banking top to bottom, which made the bottom the fastest way around alot of the time.
The trouble last season coming out of two has been adressed, coming out of two is now 15 feet wider and the banking is much better there. Bottomline is we are working very hard and spending alot of money to make the best possible racing surface, great for the fans and the racers.
Thanks, Dave

I was looking at Bob Sell's pictures (by the way are always excellent) from last year and came across this picture from last spring, and thought WOW!!
Its amazing how far we came in a short time.

Thank you for trying to improve on a already good thing. too many times a promoter gets to a point where they say oh well it's good enough. We have won the feature before and came home and totally redid the setup because we thought it could be better. Very impressed thanks again Shane.
