I think the one you're really going to have to take serious is. RTJ.

Lot of people on the internet seem butthurt by Kyle's decision to run this. I don't know, I have a buddy who only knows anything about the Chili Bowl because of Kyle Larson. More eyes on the class can't hurt, unless your plan is for it to stay the weird little niche thing that it currently is.

I go so far as to say the best thing is that he's not going to win it. Some irrelevant local racer is going to get to go back to his sponsors afterwards and tell them he outran a 2x Cup Champion. Who knows, maybe just that will elevate him to the level of where he deserves to be there.

You taking Rowdy lightly? I wouldn't. Not with Big Al on the wrenches.

No I'm not taking him lightly. He will run respectably.

What I do know is how truly deep the field is.

How about Bell and Briscoe? Will Bell even run in this upcoming year?

Well apparently I’ve ruffled some feathers. I’ll tell you what, I’m not at all offended if you don’t agree with me. Maybe 300 cars make it great to you, fine, after all that’s what they get. That doesn’t make it better to me. I would be happier with the top 60 cars running 3 nights with a more controlled program, than 6 days of a bunch of cars racing that are lucky to make the C. That’s my preference, if you want to hate on me for it, go ahead. I love the Chili Bowl mostly because it’s a midget race in January that won’t get affected by weather, providing everyone can get there.

Anyone who refers to a group of racers as "irrelevant" renders their opinions as irrelevant to me. That's not hate just reality.
